CJ Hole in Burnham negotiated the sale of my elderly Mothers flat. I gather she chose them initially because of their good local reputation. She was particularly impressed when, following her query about the selling prices of similar properties in the area, Edward turned up with a print-out giving her the information she sought. She said how lovely it was that someone had listened to her and been so efficient in providing answers. Importantly, not only did they listen but they found a purchaser before the sales particulars had even been released!My own experience in dealing with CJ Hole on my Mothers behalf reflects her comments. I have dealt mostly with Tom who has been invariably professional, polite and friendly and importantly (for me at least) has genuinely listened to my concerns and done his best to mitigate them. Especially noteworthy (again in my opinion) is the fact that when he promises to chase up or telephone with updates, he does just that!In summary - polite, efficient, effective and professional service. We have just brought our first home through C J Hole and Tom has been absolutely incredible! From day one he has bent over backwards to help us as well as ensuring we are involved and understood each step of the process.
