Nice quiet lake with lots of paths too walk, lots of wildlife to photograph or just watch! Nice big park for kids to play in and outside reasonably sized gym with lots of different type of equipment for different parts of exercise, nice place overall!
A good place to visit. Quite a lot of aquatic birds. The herring gulls rule! No cycling except the side by the houses and the top end from Highbridge and the river Brue. Toilets near the entrance. Tea caravan and ice cream van in the summer. Lots of free parking. Playground at the top end.
Lovely park and we fed the ducks. It wore the kids out so what more can you ask for? Good variety of climbing frames swings and slid es to suit lots of different age ranges, there's a part enclosed off that has a skate park for the order or more adventurous kids and a part that's all full of sand. It's kept clean and it's well looked after and my kids loved it there.
Just a lovely place to take the family out for an afternoon. Had a lovely walk around the fishing lake/ bird lake. Complete with a very impressive play park for all ages of kids. I even went rock hunting with my two daughters for the local facebook group. Just am all round fun play park.
Walked to this park along the esplanade from Haven holiday village with 2 children age 4 and 9. It was so tranquil and worth a visit. There is a fishing lake and lots of benches to sit and watch the world go by. The children's adventure play area was brilliant and our girls loved it finding plenty to do whilst there. There is a wild flower garden that looked very pretty although it was past it's best when we visited-October. We would've liked to have seen the sunflowers in full bloom and expect they made quite a show when at their best .
