I have experienced the same issues with this company as others who have given a review. Please beware that this company is acting dishonestly and I would even say fraudulently. I placed an order on their website for some Mephisto shoes on 17 Nov, they took my money on 18 Nov even though they were fully aware that they would not be able to fulfill the order until late December. They sent me an email to this effect on 18 Nov. I called a few days later and they told me they were having stock issues and offered me an alternative shoe. I declined and asked them to cancel the order. They agreed to refund my money that day but to date the refund has still not been processed. It has been two weeks almost since that telephone call. Now they dont answer the phone and it goes to voicemail but they dont call you back. They also dont respond to emails. Luckily I paid through PayPal so Im now going through them to get my 162 back. Please dont let this happen to you. If you want to buy Mephisto try their official online shop. I have also advised Mephisto of what this company is doing.
Such a rarity to have been given such amazing service by this retailer. I purchased slippers which were unfortunately too big for my Father, the retailer has arranged for a smaller size to be sent plus a returns label for the unsuitable pair. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone I know.
They are not refunding even after confirming item has been received.
The absolute worst company for communication. Placed order received acacknowledgment. So far OK.Tried to phone, no answer number diverted to answer machine, left message followed up from Thursday to Tuesday, always the same. Left about 8 messages for a call PLUS sent 4 emails. No response.By this time the answer machine was full and could not accept anymore messages.Looked on facebook and asked. If any one knew how to make contact. One response from an ex director said they may be able to assist. Later on Tuesday received an email saying that they could not supply due to supplier not having stock. Then a further email saying my account was open.Tried phoning again out of number still on divert but messages could now be kept on the diverted numberBe very cautious, I cannot comment on any other aspect if service but as stated communication is truly awful
This company withhold refunds for as long as they can possibly get away with. I ordered from them late may, returned the item early June and I still don't have a refund almost 4 weeks after them receiving the returned item.Not good enough.
