I feel that this is a serious gym and not a coffee shop bistro fitness parlour - helpful staff, gym users and good vibe.
Awesome & welcoming gym with fantastic equipment available. Staff were very helpful. Best in the area for sure.
I've been going to Fit 4 All for over 15 years and have seen it evolve. It has improved over the years and they now have a good selection of equipment and weights. On the negative side the machines are not always maintained and sometimes machines are taken away and not replaced with similar ones. Also no air-conditioning so it gets ridiculously hot in summer.Generally though the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is quite good. This is more of a hardcore gym so some people may be intimidated especially in the free weights area. However you soon realise that the bodybuilders aren't judging or intimidating anyone and are more interested in there own routine.The gym attracts all types of people young and old, big and small and I've seen many people transform in the gym so it does work. The staff are well trained so it's important to ask for advice if you are new.
