Amaizing place , customers service 100% given by lovley staff always helpful. This place make me feel very welcome. Optometrists are brilliant with high knowledge. People write bad opinions because they are served by a person who learn and someone more experienced is checking afterwards . So how we supposed to learn? nobody comes with perfect knowledge straightaway!. Because someone had problem with glasses because snapped or something it happens everywhere because nobody is perfect and mistakes are happened to everyone but I know from my experience they are doing everything to provide the best customer services.

Horrible Specsavers and owners! The way they treat their staff is appalling and I dont know why this francise Specsavers is still allowed to be open. I shall be making a full complaint to head office. The owner whos name is Rama and his wife are manipulative, lie and undermine their staff. They hire cheap international student opticians and as a result have a high staff turnover due to being mistreated and overworked. I urge customers to avoid.Some of the reviews on here have been written by Rama's staff (I can name 4 people) or Rama has created fake google accounts to protect his name.Specsavers should be thoroughly investigating this branch. They also dont care about the customer and make them buy glasses when they are not needed. I know a someone that used to work there and they were pushed to make sales targets. Eyes are very important and shouldnt be exploited to make money.
It is my opinion that when I but was feeling not well and my vision failing in one eye ,Rama was happy for a appointment that very day and even being busy and other commitments did a comprehensive eye test even into the evening,. The eye test found something that my Doctor needed to be notified of very quickly. This resulted in a operation days later, So I can only praise Rama and the Specsavers staff, I have only ever found them to be friendly , and very Professional.
Amazing helpful service by the staff. Rama the Optician was happy to fit my son and daughter in as emergency patients at very short notice. It was such a thorough test and I am very grateful to Rama and all the team members for such fantastic service and care.
