i would not recommend this garage to anyone,we drove down from bristol on the 27th feb 2014,to go onto brean,our radiator fan in our car engine dropped out from its clips and was dragging along the floor,so we pulled into the nearest garage,which unfortunately was this one.That was where our nightmare began,my phones battery had died,i asked in the shop if they had a phone i could use to ring home and get someone out to us,they apparently did not have a phone (yeah right),was then told by the stroppy cashier that there is a garage around the back,i went to see them told them the situation,we then had to wait for the main man to get back, 10-15 mins they said,we decided to walk along the road a bit kill a bit of time,then the stroppy cashier ran across the forecourt to tell us we could not leave the car at the garage and walk off,we were not parked illegally or blocking anything,i asked what am i supposed to do with a car with an engine part hanging down? her reply "not my problem" and "it will get towed into the road if we left it there where it was by the garage owner",so we moved it,an hour later mr "main man" came back,(good 15 mins) to tell us hes so booked up he cant even look at it,he has no time,and he told us of 2 garages we could try,so we went to triangle garage,and they were so helpful.Never ever would i go back to central garage even if they were the last garage on this planet standing,ALL STAFF were terrible,so so rude too,so i do hope the owner takes a look at this review,and maybe he could take himself and his cashiers on a training course in customer service,they so need it.
