Fab place to stay. Nice clean caravans. Great access to the beach.
Absolute dump!! Hope whoever buys it makes some good out of it. Disgusting and skanky. Caravans are ancient and vile and are set up in on oversized car park - views of a fence, driveway, pub and none stop noise ..... the smell of chip fat and cheap meat hits you as you walk down to the pub (think council estate social club). Turned straight around and left.
we have been coming to brean as motorhomers for years with our little jack russel dog,we would go for walks along the beach and this was his favorite watering hole when the weather was good,and ours Hic!!! sorry to see that its up for sale hope the new owners don't destroy its great family atmosphere!! Many Happy Lazy Days.....

Disappointed.... (caravan)Firstly, I would like to point out that I'm doing this review for my mother and father after returning back from their holiday just yesterday.The review is given with great disappointment on a return visit and is mainly given about the accommodation in Caravan 2.The caravan can only be described as being filthy. Ants were not just in our caravan but in the neighbors next to us mainly being attracted to the dirty kitchen and general smell in the caravan.The mattress was dirty and what looked like 25 years old. Furniture was found with grime around the all edges, kitchen cubs with white powder in (ant powder) and freezer and fridge had to be cleaned my my parents before they would even think of leaving any fresh food in it.This is a sad review as the place has had no investment for many, many years and the new owners obviously have lost any passion to keep the place thriving with great reviews. I would like to say that the pub on site and the food served was great value they would happily return to, but sadly will not be returning to the caravan park.
