Awful customer service. The assistants are grumpy, miserable and verge on hostile. I was left wondering if they actually want my custom. On top of that, the shop has no facility for card payment. While the could be seen as quaint and quirky, it is actually considerably inconvenient, particularly as banks are leaving the town and taking away cashpoints.It's primarily the only main newsagent in the centre of town and could do with competition to help them "up their game". Unfortunately, the town centre is gradually dying so that is unlikely to happen.
